Accessing Email Settings
For every email client to send and receive emails properly, the right settings are a necessity. Sometimes an email client may use default settings, and other times we have to enter the settings manually. This is where IMAP and POP3 come in. IMAP and POP3 are two different settings that allow your email client to collect your emails from the server and deliver them to your inbox.
1. Log into cPanel.
2. Navigate to Home >Email>Email Accounts.
The Email Accounts dialog will be displayed.
3. From the list of email accounts, select the email account you require the server settings for.
4. Click on the Set Up Mail Client link in the row of the email account you wish to set up.
The Set Up Mail Client for the selected account page will be displayed.
From here, you can view the links to automatically configure the application, along with Manual Settings for other email clients. The Manual Settings section has the information you require to configure your email client.
