Why has my account been suspended?
If you are receiving an “Account Suspended” page when trying to access your site, it could be there for a number of reasons including but not limited to:
- Lack of payment
- CPU limit exceeded
- Bandwidth limit exceeded
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- More often than not, the web hosting account may have expired.
If you are using a shared server, then when you see a message regarding overusage of the server, it just means that your account may not be best suited to use such a server.
To determine why your account was suspended, please contact our billing department from your client area to find the issue and the resolution. Most accounts can be unsuspended almost immediately, depending on what caused the account to become suspended in the first place.
