Part time supportteam member (20h/week)
As a technical support/helpdesk employee, you’ll be monitoring and maintaining the hosting systems and networks within the Hoasted environment in a technical support role. If there are any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, domain settings, DNS changes, email settings, website migrations or other issues, you’ll be the support member customers will come to.
Work will require you to be fluent in multiple languages. Furthermore you have a good understanding of Wordpress, Php, HTML, CSS and everything related to DNS. Besides, you love helping people and have a good sense for customer service. We want our customers to succeed online and you will be part of that.
Tasks can include installing and configuring hosting accounts, WordPress websites, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems.
