What is Dropbox Business
Dropbox is a central place for all your files. Devices connected to your Dropbox have access to all files within Dropbox. In this way your files are always available, on all devices. If you change a file on one computer it automatically syncs and changes the file on other computers. You can also share specific folders with colleagues or clients, for smooth co-working. You will simply have an extra folder on your computer (just like ‘My Documents’). Everything in this folder will be shared with your personal devices. Shared folders will be shared with people you share these folders with.

WHAT IS A DROPBOX BUSINESS USER?
A user is a person or role within your team with a unique email address. Each team member needs a license. Users can connect their Dropbox accounts to as much devices (PC, Phones, Tablets) as they want without additional costs.
CAN I STILL USE MY PERSONAL DROPBOX?
Yes, you can configure your devices to make use of both your personal Dropbox, as well as your Dropbox Business account.
HOW DOES MIGRATION WORK?
Migrating to a Business account is easy! All content stays the same – where your files are located, all settings (like shared folders, relations and connected devices) stay the same. For admins: All team members already using Dropbox will have the same experience, and everyone without an existing Dropbox account will be asked to sign up when you invite them.
HOW MUCH DISKSPACE DOES MY TEAM GET?
Teams start out with 1TB (1000 GB) of space per user. Let us know when you need more space, we will increase that limit without any hassle.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF USERS?
The Dropbox Business basic package starts at a minimum of 3 users.
CAN I SHARE FILES OR FOLDERS WITH BASIC/PRO USERS WHEN I HAVE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT?
Of course! You can still share files and folders with Dropbox users who are not a part of your teams business account, as long as your Dropbox Business admin didn’t restrict external sharing. Note, users outside of your Business account will be limited by their own disk quota. So despite your team having unlimited disk space, you can’t share 5GB files with a basic 2GB account.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DROPBOX BUSINESS AND DROPBOX PRO?
With Dropbox business you’ll get even more functions for security, branding and co-working. You can swap the Dropbox logo with your own and manage users with different rights. The extra options are (among others) unlimited version history, unlimited restoration of removed files, as much space as you need, life support and a wide variety of admin controls for better control, visibility and management.
