Can I move my website to you?
Sure! Many of our packages include a move of your website completely free of charge. Apart from that, we also offer various services where we can move websites or even an email account for you.

Which package should I choose?
We have different hosting types that are optimized for different types of applications you want to run (e.g. WordPress, WooCommerce, Joomla or Magento). Most customers start with the Professional package within the appropriate type of hosting, as that fits well with the starting business websites. You can always easily adjust your package at a later time, without downtime or service interruption.
Can I use my own domain name?
Of course! If you already have a domain name, you can transfer that domain name to Hoasted, or refer it externally to our name servers (traffic controllers of a domain). It is best to transfer the domain, so that we can also help you with any support questions related to your domain or associated DNS settings. The DNS stands for Domain Name Server, which forwards the traffic to the set servers. If you do not have a domain yet, simply register it via our website.
